How to Use SpeakWell

Use SpeakWell regularly especially when working through communication blockages, meditation/visualization, practicing speeches and presentations and just prior to presenting or important communication

Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser or nebulizing diffuser (especially while preparing for important communication).
Inhale by adding 20 -30 drops to a personal inhaler (especially prior to important communication)
Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for topical use on chest, shoulders and neck.
Dab 1 drop behind ears.
