How to Use ChangeWell
Use ChangeWell during meditation specifically to help release fear and ground the body, mind and spirit. Use as needed to curb cravings, impulses, shift thinking and quell the emotions and thoughts that cause fear and sadness during difficult transitions. Diffuse regularly during life transitions or when sleep is disrupted by a monkey mind or anxiety about the future.
- Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser.
- Inhale by adding 20 -30 drops to a personal inhaler.
- Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for topical use on chest, shoulders and neck.
