How to Use AgeWell
Use AgeWell daily and regularly to promote healthy neurological health, uplift the mood, aid in focus and relieve stress.
- Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser.
- Inhale by adding 20 -30 drops to a personal inhaler.
- Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for topical use on chest, shoulders and neck.
