How to Use
How to Use Resistance
Use daily and regularly to promote resistance to seasonal stressors, revitalize and clean the air and promote good, positive energy.
- Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser
- Diffuse lightly in any AromaWell Automated or Nebulizing Diffuser
- Inhale by adding 20 -30 drops to a personal inhaler.
- Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for topical use on chest, shoulders and neck.
- Diffuse for up to 60 minutes at a time, especially in smaller spaces or when using nebulizing diffusers with pure essential oils

Safety
