How to Use SleepWell
Use SleepWell for anxiety, stress, and to induce a deep state of rest. We suggest starting your diffuser 15-20 minutes prior to sleep to fill your bedroom with a blanket of bliss.
- Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser.
- Inhale by adding 20 -30 drops to a personal inhaler.
- Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for topical use on chest, shoulders and neck.
