How to Use BeWell
Use BeWell daily to strengthen the immune system, boost neurotransmitters and support healthy stress levels.
- Diffuse 5-15 drops to an ultrasonic (water) diffuser.
- Inhale by adding 20 drops to a personal inhaler.
- Dilute 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil.
- Add 1-2 drops to warm wash cloth when wiping down surfaces.
